Who We Are
Wisconsin Applied Computing Center (WACC) is a University of Wisconsin-Madison center whose mission is that of facilitating access to advanced computing resources to meet research and educational needs of its members. The main asset of WACC is Euler, a CPU/GPU supercomputer established and operated as a co-op by users from several UW-Madison departments: Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Materials Science and Engineering.
What We Do
- Provide access to cutting edge hardware assets for emerging computational models
- Assist the educational mission of our university
- Operate, maintain, and expand the Euler cluster
- Engage in outreach activities
