Advanced Computing Summer School (ACSS)

The four week summer school objective is to provide an opportunity for visiting students to:

  • Learn about the educational system in US
  • Interact with PhD students from the Wisconsin Applied Computing Center to help each side gain a better understanding of research topics in the field of Computational Dynamics
  • Become more proficient in the use of advanced computing techniques (CPU and GPU parallel computing) in their research endeavors
  • Establish joint research projects that might continue beyond the scope of this visit

This summer (2013), the first version of the Advanced Computing Summer School took place. Go to ACSS 2013 to look at the projects developed by our visiting students.
